WELDER
With work experience in shipbuilding /
repair / manufacture of steel structures
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: perform welding according to MIG / MAG; MMA, TIG, SAW procedures; assemble various metal constructions; work independently, read drawings and take measurements of the constructions; understand welding procedures (WPS); use various electric tools and lifting equipment; hold a valid driver’s license.
WELDERS 6G / 6GR ACCORDING TO AWS D.1.1
With work experience in offshore production of metal structures, pipe welding
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: perform welding according to 6G, 6GR procedure; assemble various metal constructions; work independently, read drawings and take measurements of the constructions; understand welding procedures (WPS); use various electric tools and lifting equipment; hold a valid driver’s license.
STEEL STRUCTURE FITTER
With work experience in shipbuilding /
repair / manufacture of steel structures
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: assemble various
metal constructions according to the
drawings; perform cutting works and welding, according to various welding procedures;
work independently, read drawings and take measurements of the constructions; understand welding procedures (WPS); use various electric tools, lifting equipment; hold a valid driver’s license.
PIPE FITTER
With work experience in shipbuilding /
repair / manufacture of steel structures
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: assemble various
pipes and supports according to the drawings;
perform tack-welding and spot welding; work independently, read drawings and take measurements; understand standard operating schemes; use various tools, pipe bending equipment (when working with hydraulic pipes); hold a valid driver’s license.
If needed, the required certification is provided at our Training Center.
PRODUCTION
We are also inviting specialists in organizing the production process for projects in Holland, Finland and other countries to join our team.
VACANCIES:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: University or College Technical education; fluent in English and Russian languages; ability to organize a team of people with the purpose of completing a task in
a timely and quality manner; quick orientation
in situations, organization skills; excellent communication skills and knowledge of Excel,
WhatsApp, Skype, Viber, etc; hold a valid driver’s license.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYEES WHEN WORKING ON PROJECTS IN THE NETHERLANDS, FINLAND OR OTHER COUNTRIES: to organize smooth executionof the assigned part of the project (staff, equipment,etc.); to organize work of 15-30 employees in production projects;
complete and analyze technical documentation (tables, production efficiency, progress reports); communicate with the customer on daily technical issues.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: technical education; fluent in English and Russian languages; ability
to manage a small team of workers, quick orientation in situations, organization skills;
excellent communication skills and knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, Skype, Viber, etc; haold a valid driver’s license; disposition to learn
and improve.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYEES WHEN WORKING ON PROJECTS IN THE NETHERLANDS, FINLAND OR OTHER COUNTRIES: organize team work on assigned tasks; fill in and analyze technical documentation (tables, production efficiency reports, progress reports); perform other production tasks.

TRAINING CENTER
BECOME A PROFESSIONAL WELDER!
The training is designed for those with basic welding knowledge or those who can perform simple welding jobs and would like to become a professional welder.
UPGRADE YOUR QUALIFICATION
Qualification training is designed for welders who would like to obtain additional skills/competencies within different methods of welding or types of metal to be welded, or improve his/her present welding skills.
We are ready to assist you in becoming:
- MIG/MAG-131 or 136/138 welder;
- TIG/141 welder;
- MMA/111 welder;
- SAW/121 welder.
to learn or improve welding skills while welding steel constructions and pipes of:
- black steel;
- stainless steel;
- aluminium;
- copper and copper alloys.
CERTIFICATION
We organize welder certification according the standards ISO 9606-1÷3:
Certificates issued according EN ISO 4063:2010 welding processes:
- MMA, 111;
- MMA, 111 H-L045 or
(6 GR according to AWS D.1.1); - MIG, 131;
- GMAW 135/138;
- FCAW 136;
- 138/136 H-L045 or
(6 GR according AWS); - TIG, 141.
